I liked that a lot. It's a very good recapturing of Senge on Mental Models.
On the production itself, I didn't understand your smiley face comment, I suppose it will be obvious when you make the change. I have a different suggestion, about where slide 22 is now. It's up for a long time. You could profitably add another slide - the with the light bulb but flowing in the other direction and somehow equating or transitioning listening to seeing. That would keep to the message you already have and just extend the last point.
